CAMP REGISTRATION: $375
Camp Tentative Schedule
This camp will consist of 9 hours of on-ice training and 4 hours of off-ice training.
The players will skate for 2 hours each day, Monday - Thursday, with a 1 hour off-ice training. Friday will consist of a one-hour scrimmage.
Monday - Thursday:
Check-In: 8:30 a.m.
On-Ice Session: 9:00 - 9:50 a.m.
Off-Ice Session: 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
On-Ice Session: 2:00 - 2:50 p.m.
9:00 - 9:50 a.m.
Skating: proper stance, stride, turns, crossovers, and transitions
Puck handling: stick handling, shooting, and passing
Body positioning: balance, leverage, and angling
Dry Land Training designed to quicken and strengthen skating stride and improve balance and mobility
Registered players will receive a detailed schedule via email one week prior to camp start date.
