International Camp

June 19th-23rd, 2023

We We would like to introduce you to our first C2C International camp featuring Steve Baek founder of BK Hockey.

​

Steve was scouted and became the #1 draft pick for the Hyundai Oilbankers team in 1999 where he became the teammate of Coach Patrick, one of our C2C coaching staff, who was the captain of the team. 

​

They played together until 2001 when they became Asian league champs. 

​

In Coach Patrick words, "Steve is a great skater and leader. Steve loves the game of hockey and wants to impart his knowledge , skills, and experience to the kids he teaches."

 

Steve is recognized as one of the TOP skill coaches in Ontario. 

​

Steve is a former professional hockey player. He played in the Asia League and represented the Korean national team at the world championships.

 

He has a lot of experience working with hockey prospects of all different ages and from around the world.

 

Steve has coached and trained players in many countries including Canada, Russia, Sweden, Finland, Czech Republic, Latvia, Austria, Poland, Kazakhstan, and South Korea.

 

His clients include current players from professional leagues including NHL, KHL, and OHL, through to house league, with a variety of skills levels and abilities.

Steve's goal for his players is for each and every player to give their best effort and to work hard at achieving their goals.

EARLY BIRD CAMP REGISTRATION (BEFORE APRIL 15th): $600

​

CAMP REGISTRATION (APRIL 15th - JUNE 16th): $650

Camp Tentative Schedule

This camp will consist of 10 hours of on-ice training and 5 hours of off-ice training. 

​

The players will skate for 2 hours each day with a 1 hour off-ice training session followed by video and mobility/stretch sessions.

​

  • Skating: proper stance, stride, turns, crossovers, and transitions

  • Puck handling: stick handling, shooting, and passing

  • Body positioning: balance, leverage, and angling

  • Dry Land Training designed to quicken and strengthen skating stride and improve balance and mobility

 

There may be two groups for this camp - Group #1 and Group #2.

 

Registered players will receive their group assignment and a detailed schedule via email one week prior to camp start date. 

 

Monday, June 19th: 

GROUP #1 :

Check-in  - 7:00 a.m.

Dismissal  - 12:15 p.m.

​

GROUP #2 :

Check-in - 8:15 a.m.

Dismissal -  1:30 p.m.

 

Tuesday-Friday, June 20th-23rd 

GROUP #1 :

On-Ice  - 7:30 a.m.

Dismissal  - 12:15 p.m.

​

GROUP #2 :

On -Ice - 8:45 a.m.

Dismissal -  1:30 p.m.
