MENTAL SKILLS COACH
The game of hockey has many highs and lows throughout a season, so having a mental skill coach / sports psychologist is an important piece we have for our players.
Kyle MacDonald has been working with hockey players at every level and does a great job preparing our players for the highs and lows over the course of a season.
NUTRITION
Another important tool we provide for our players is a certified nutritionist.
Pearle Nerenberg is a former D1 hockey player at Cornell, so she understands what hockey players need to fuel their bodies.
